Our organic orange peel is a fantastic source of Vitamin C and versatile ingredient. Use our orange peel to make tea, add into baking, in jams and preserves, and enjoy around the festive times of the year. This is also an incredibly easy ingredient to use as the peel is already dried and cut up for you, making it less hassle than drying and slicing your own peels. Add this into Christmas sweet treats, such as panettone, or mix into jams and other fruity preserves for a pinch of zest. Our organic orange peel is great in other cakes and baking for a citrusy flavour palette.
To make this into a tea: Use 1-2 teaspoons and let it steep in hot water for 10 minutes, then drink as normal.
