Biona's Essential Daily Balance Oil is a combination of flax, sunflower, hemp, evening primrose, sesame, pumpkin and pomegranate oils.

These oils are a fantastic natural source of essential omega 3, 6 & 9 fatty acids. You can take this oil as a supplement. Alternatively you can drizzle straight onto salads or savoury dishes.
