Super-curly thin noodles
- Similar in texture to egg noodles.
- Add to soups.
- Suitable for stir frying.
These are almost instant noodles and do not require much cooking. This makes them highly convenient for a last minute meal. We found that 6 minutes as indicated on the packet was too long. Instead we found the following method more reliable for a firmer, non-soggy outcome!
Instructions for Use
- Add your chosen amount of noodles to a saucepan.
- Boil a kettle and pour over the noodles just covering them.
- Bring back to a simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Using a fork gently separate out the noodles whilst simmering.
- Drain and serve immediately. If not serving immediately run under the old tap.
- If stir-frying directly in a wok, pre-soak the noodles in boiling water for a few minutes only.
- Then transfer quickly into the wok towards the end of cooking.
