Arame Seaweed Sea Vegetable 30g (Clearspring)
Like most seaweed, arame is very dark green in colour. It can be added to soups as-is, but is usually soaked before adding to stir-fries or salads. Arame seaweed is very high in fibre, and can be used to boost the fibre content of meals. It is also high in iron, protein and magnesium.
Clearspring Arame Seaweed is from the species Eisenia bicyclis, which is harvested from the wild and dried in Japan. No added ingredients.

Directions
Soak arame seaweed before adding to stir-fries and stews. Arame is a little like cabbage, and cooks similarly. 3 to 4 minutes is the ideal cooking time. You can also add arame seaweed to soups without soaking first (the soup soaks the seaweed as it cooks).
Arame seaweed 100% (nothing added).
