Delicious vegan sausage mix!

Great for barbecue season! With our changeable British weather, you never know when a barbecue opportunity will arise. So be prepared and arm your store cupboard with our classic burger and sausage mixes. Suitable for veggies and vegans, these mixes are quick and easy to make; just add water, form into sausage shapes and whack them on the barbecue. Alternatively, should the weather change, you can always shallow fry them instead!
Ingredients
Wholewheat rusk, textured soya protein, palm oil, wheat gluten, soya protein isolate, flavourings (contain wheat rusk, hydrolysed vegetable protein (soya)), sugar, salt, rapeseed oil, wheat flour (with added calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), yeast extract, dextrose, modified tapioca starch, onion powder, smoke flavouring, spice extracts (cayenne, ginger, clove, nutmeg, pepper), sage extract, maltodextrin, stabiliser (methylcellulose), hydrolysed vegetable protein (soya, maize, salt), flavouring, pepper, beetroot powder, ground sage, ground thyme.
