Falafel Mix with Middle Eastern Spices

  • Makes around 16 falafels.
  • Made from chickpeas.
  • With cumin and coriander.
  • Gluten free and vegan.

Directions

Mix content with 200ml of boiling water, stir and leave for 15 minutes. Shape falafels to approx. 3-4cm diameter and fry in hot oil until golden brown on both sides.
