Tempeh is a traditional Indonesian food made from fermented whole soya beans. Our organic tempeh is a great alternative to tofu, simply drain and marinate then lightly saute and add to your favourite dishes such as stir fries, salads and ramen.
Tempeh contains all the essential amino acids and is therefore an excellent source of protein and fibre - perfect if you are looking to boost your plant based protein intake!
