100% pure xylitol, a naturally occurring sugar alcohol derived from birch and beech wood. Contains approximately 40% fewer calories than sucrose and can be used as a one-for-one replacement in cooking, baking, and drinks. Packed in Sussex. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
