Directions

Sprouted Flax Powder can be used in the same way as you would use flaxseeds. Add to soups, smoothies, cereals and desserts! We recommend adding a tablespoon to your morning porridge! Flaxseed powder can also be used as a natural thickening agent or as a flour substitute.
