The firm, outer shells of the hemp seeds have been removed to reveal the inner 'heart'. These cream and green pieces are lightly crunchy, with a sweet and nutty taste. These hemp seeds are grown organically in Austria and have a particularly satisfying sweetness.

Shelled hemp seeds are an easy and flavoursome way to add some extra nutrients to your diet. They are rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids (omega-3, 6 and 9) and are a good source of plant protein. Use as a sprinkle over sweet and savoury dishes. Stir into pasta, soups and mix into baking.
