Using Rice Flour
Rice flour is commonly used in making
noodles, pancakes & thickening sauces. It also makes a suitable substitute for wheat flour in gluten free cooking due to its starchy qualities. If rice flour is used in gluten free baking, experiment by mixing it in with other flours such as buckwheat, millet or potato to create a more diverse flour to bake with. Additional
raising agents may also be needed due to the lack of gluten.
