Red Camargue Rice

Directions
Use camargue rice just as you would normal rice. Boil in just enough water to cover the rice by an inch, in a saucepan with a tight fitting lid. The instructions say to cook it for 30-35 minutes, but that's too long. Use already-boiling water from the kettle, and it's done in 20 minutes!
