Rice Flakes are a popular alternative for those who wish to avoid wheats, oats and gluten, but love their porridge and muesli.

Directions

For porridge, take a cup of these rice flakes and add to a pan or bowl of boiling water or hot milk. Leave to simmer for about 10 minutes and serve. You can add fruit, nuts and syrup to taste.
For muesli, you may prefer to soak the rice flakes the night before in order to soften them. Rice flakes taste delicious with apple, cinnamon and honey.
