Mix one or two teaspoons of husks (5-10 grams) with plenty of water to create an alleviating health drink. Best taken before meals. Can also be mixed with fruit juice or added to yoghurt or cereal.
Psyllium husks will absorb around 20 times their own weight so ensure they are mixed with enough water to prevent choking hazards.
