Description

Nourish Kefir is the original British brand of artisan real kefir drinks. Our special recipe has developed over the years and involves several days of fermenting real kefir grains with organic, free range British whole cow's milk. Each batch is lovingly handmade from scratch and the result is a delicious, creamy smooth drink - the authentic taste!

Nourish Kefir is a good source of nutrients: Fats, proteins, carbohydrates, Vitamins A, B, D, E, K and minerals calcium and potassium.

A perfect portion size - Each bottle contains live bacteria of up to 40 different strains:

  • 247ml bottle - around 100 billion
  • 500ml bottle - over 200 billion!
Directions
  • Drink within 2-3 days of opening.
  • Always keep your bottles cold in the fridge and shake well before opening!
  • Any slight fizz on opening a bottle is a natural effervescence caused by the fermentation of yeasts and bacteria - and is why kefir is often called the 'Champagne' of yoghurt drinks - enjoy!
