Trek Peanut and Oat is a raw wholefood bar. The mix of raw ingredients provide fast and slow release carbohydrates as well as 11g of protein to help with recovery after exercise. This is a excellent snack to pack when exploring the great outdoors and can also be eaten as a meal replacement. Contains no added sugar, is wheat and dairy free.

Ingredients:

Raw dates(38%), raw raisins(12%), oats, raw peanuts(12%), soya crispies(10%)(soya, tapioca starch, salt), peanut butter(7%)(peanuts, salt), apple juice, maize starch, ginkgo biloba extract, a hint of natural flavours. For more information on our ingredients policy please see here
