Bear Yo Yo's are strips of pureed dried fruit (not from concentrate) wound into wheels. This is an appealing sweet snack for children as they can unravel as they eat. One fruit wheel counts as one of your five-a-day.

The pure fruit rolls can also be used to decorate cakes either as a coil or uncoiled cut into diamonds (to create flowers or leaf shapes). They make coloured 100% natural cake toppers!
