Long Grain Brown and Black Wild Rice
- Gluten-free.
- In a convenient microwavable pouch.
- Seasoned with double strength tamari soya sauce.
- Can be eaten hot or cold.
- Ready in 90 seconds.
- Low in saturated fat.

- Great on its own or in stir-fries and salads.
Directions:
Microwave:
- Remove pouch from the cardboard sleeve.
- Make a small tear in the top of the pouch.
- Heat on full powder for 90 seconds (time may vary depending on microwave)
- Open pouch, squeeze the grains onto a plate and fluff with a fork. Take care when handling the pouch as the contents will be hot!
On the hob:
- Remove the pouch from the cardboard sleeve.
- Open pouch and squeeze the grains into a non-stick pan.
- Add 2 tbsp. of water.
- Heat gently for 2-3 minutes stirring occasionally
..or can be eaten cold straight out of the pack.
