Britain’s most recognised and traditional cheese – cheddar. We have respected the heritage and traditions of this time-honoured centrepiece of British culture, whilst innovating in order to create a plant-based and vegan-friendly alternative. As with other cheddars, this is an extremely versatile cheese which can be sliced into a ploughman’s sandwich, melted into a toasted cheese sandwich, or grated over some thick cut chips for real British pub experience.
