Mozzarisella is a delicious vegan cheese alternative based on sprouted brown rice. It's produced exclusively with ingredients from organic farming and without the use of preservatives, chemical substances or synthetic molecules. It is a well-balanced plant-based alternative, with a delicate taste and a refreshing flavour.
HOW TO USE:
Excellent when eaten on its own, or a tasty addition to vegetables and legumes, or diced as a tasty and light ingredient in summer salads. Perfect when cooked as it melts very well; ideal on pizzas, on bruschettas and to fill sandwiches.
