This buckwheat crispbread by Amisa is 100% gluten-free and made with organic ingredients. Buckwheat is a grain similar to wheat.
The wholegrain buckwheat used in this crispbread has a subtle yet distinctive flavour, but the crispbread is still very light. It's quite similar to the Amisa Corn & Rice Crispbread in that it is light yet firm and not too dry, and suitable for delicate toppings.
This crispbread also makes ideal croutons for soup, when broken up.
