This is a flavoursome active honey that has retained its goodness due to it being untreated (unpasteurised) and unheated. This pale coloured honey contains Vitamin B 3, Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin); Vitamin B6, Vitamin C, Potassium, Calcium, Sodium, Phosphorus, Iron, active enzymes and organic acids.

Directions

If consuming as an active honey, for maximum results eat naturally 2-3 teaspoons daily, spread on toast and drizzled over porridge or yoghurt.
