Udon Noodles

Udon is a Japanese noodle that is typically served in soup dishes. It is typically made from wheat, though brown rice udon noodles are available which are made from a mixture of wheat and rice. Udon noodles are a thick noodle, and less common than soba noodles yet still popular in Japan.

As well as using Udon Noodles in soups, you can also use them in curries and chinese-style stir fries.
