To prepare
Submerge one ramen nest in a pan of boiling water and cook for 3-4 (or until soft) minutes. Stir with a fork halfway through to separate noodles. Meanwhile, add miso and tofu sachet to a bowl and top up with 150ml - 180ml of boiling water. Drain noodles and rinse through with cold water, add to the miso bowl topping up with more boiling water if required. Enjoy!
