Firm Silken Tofu

Mori-Nu Firm Tofu is an excellent source of soya protein and soy isoflavones, and works well as a meat substitute in stir fries and starters. Soya is low in calories and low in fat.

Directions

Cut open the box and drain any excess fluid. Chop into chunks. Tofu is ready to eat and does not have to be cooked, but can be cooked as per meat: simply fry in a pan for a few minutes.
