The Amla berry or 'Indian Gooseberry' is a small green/yellow berry from India and the middle east. It has been a central part of Ayurvedic medicine for thousands of years. It is thought to contain potent antioxidants that can help restore energy, digestive health, vitality, flush toxins and rejuvenate your system.

Directions:

This powder can be added into smoothies and juices. It can also easily be sprinkled into porridge, muesli and yoghurt or just mix 1-3 teaspoons of the Amla powder with water to make a antioxidant filled drink.
