Campanian Strawberry Jam

Frutteto means 'orchard' in Italian as it is in the Tuscan hills near Florence that we make our healthier jams. We use handpicked, fully ripe, organic strawberries grown in the Campania region of Italy.

Of artisan quality, we cook our Strawberry jam gently at low temperature, in small batches to help preserve the fresh strawberry flavour, vitamins, minerals, fibre content and aroma. Unlike the traditional way of cooking jams and conserves, which can destroy the goodness with harsh heat. Fresh strawberries boast so many nutritional virtues: highly antioxidant with more vitamin C than citrus fruits (just 5 strawberries match an orange), also high in potassium, folate (vitamin B9) and manganese.

All the fruit used is certified organic and is rigorously tested to ensure there are no residues of pesticides or of PFAS 'forever' chemicals.
