Morello Cherries. No added sugar.

These sour cherries are the type that are usually used in Black Forest Gateau. They are preserved in apple juice and retain their full shape and flavour. They have a distinctive flavour that is different from normal cherries. Ideal for trifles, cake filling and adding to yoghurt. These cherries also come dried: Biona Dried Sour Cherries 100g.

Note that these are not glace cherries!

Net weight 350g. Drained weight 220g. Stones removed, ready to eat.

May still contain the occasional stone.
