Finely Cut Rose Hips
The rose hip is the fruit of the rose plant and is high in nutrients such as Carotene and the antioxidant Lycopene. Rosehips impart a light fruitiness and lemony-tartness to tea, fruit coulis and jellies.
- Blend with Ground Hibiscus for a reviving infusion.
- Add to jelly for a distinctive fruitiness.
- Stir through smoothies.
