Bob's Red Mill Gluten-Free oats are grown on oat-only farms, and are therefore free of any potential contamination from wheat that affects many oats.
These quick-cooking oats are ideal for a quick breakfast.Directions
On the hob: bring 480ml (nearly a pint) of water to the boil. Add 80g of Bob's Red Mill quick oats, reduce to a simmer and cook for 3 to 5 minutes depending on your preferred consistency. Stir occasionally. Cover and remove from heat. Leave to stand for a few minutes and serve. This recipe makes 2 servings.
Microwave: Place 40g of Bob's Red Mill oats and 250ml of water into a microwavable bowl. Microwave on high heat for 1 to 1 and a half minutes. Stir oats and microwave for a further 30 seconds. Cover and leave to stand for 2 minutes. This recipe makes 1 serving.
NB: For UK and European customers - The expiry dates on Bob's Red Mill packets are written in American order. ie, Month/Day/Year. (for example, 11/02/11 means 2nd November 2011).
