Coconut Almond Butter is a Pip & Nut classic. It's one of the first flavours Pip whizzed up in 2013, inspired by coconut macaroons. These days we make it with something a bit bigger than a kitchen blender, but it's still a silky-smooth, softly-sweet, melt-in-your-mouth masterpiece.
