Pine Kernels

• Pure Pine Nuts.
• No added salt.
• Normal pine nuts, not roasted.
• Creamy with a nutty flavour.
• Grind into a home made pesto.
• Use as a garnish.
• High in vegetable protein.

For a richer nuttiness, the kernels can be lightly toasted in a dry pan. They are used toasted for garnishing salads, pasta, and fish.

Once toasted pine nuts can work equally well when sprinkled over cheesecakes, vanilla ice-cream and fruits such as peaches and oranges.
