Tonkotsu Ramen Broth
Our customers regularly asked us how to transform our broths into homemade ramens - so we've done the hard work for you! This Tonkotsu Ramen (which means "pork bones" in Japanese) is created in our London kitchen so you can make super quick and delicious Japanese-inspired ramen at home. Simply add your choice of noodles and toppings to create your masterpiece.
Made using the highest quality organic ingredients, including pork bones from high-welfare British organic farms, British spring water- never tap, organic onion, pink Himalayan salt and seasonally sourced organic apples. The broth is seasoned with a 'shio tare' of salt, whole spices and balsamic reduction, making this a unique and delicious European twist on a Japanese classic.
This broth comes in 450g pouches - perfect for one large or two smaller bowls.
