Organic Leek and Onion Porridge

Directions

Put 80g porridge (1 portion) in a bowl and pour over (depending on the consistency desired) 160ml boiling water. Stir, leave to soak for 3 minutes and enjoy warm.

Oat bran, leek 4.5%, onions 2.5%, sea salt, chives 0.5%, parsley, pepper, nutmeg.
