Our freeze-dried blackcurrants are 100% organic and retain all of the nutrients and minerals that are present from the point of them being fresh. They can be enjoyed as-is, or they can be rehydrated with water.
You can also use our freeze-dried organic blackcurrants in several different recipes, such as baking a pie, crumble or making a blackcurrant compote. These can also be added as decoration to the top of cakes or top off smoothie bowls in a similar decorative way.
