Multi-grain Cous Cous

  • No cook ingredient.
  • Soak in hot water for 5-7 minutes.
  • Healthy mix of ground whole grains.
This cous cous makes a perfect accompaniment to the classic Moroccan Tagine, but is equally at home with a variety of meat, fish and vegetable dishes. This multi-grain cous cous has a good amount of fibre making it a healthier addition to a hot or cold dish than white pasta.

Cous cous is so easy to prepare. Just add equal amounts of boiling water to cous cous, cover with a lid and allow to steam for 5-7 minutes. Remove lid and fluff with a fork before serving.

Ingredients:

Wholegrain Wheat 55%, Wholemeal Spelt 15%, Kamut 15% and Corn 15%. Organically produced in France. For more information on our ingredients policy please see here
