Dairy-Free Cheese Blocks In Mild Cheddar Style
Our Mild Cheddar-style Sheese is a tasty medium strength dairy-free alternative to cheese.
The vegan and kosher Mild Cheddar-style Sheese is made with coconut oil, and is very easy to use in any kind of recipe - you can go wild with the Mild!
When you open a pack of Mild Cheddar-style Sheese, besides its inviting cheesy aroma and light creamy colour, you'll discover it's nice and firm, and that slicing it is a snap! This makes it the perfect topping for vegan pizza or toast, and a highly recommended ingredient for your toasted sandwiches (last time we tried, it was with slices of tomato and some spicy aromatic basil - yum!)
You can also adapt a popular American snack by doing your very own ‘Sheese and chips' with Mild Cheddar-style Sheese - it's very easy to prepare: simply sprinkle finely grated Mild on top of Tortilla chips, then heat until it melts (it shouldn't take more than 2 minutes in a microwave oven, as Sheese melts very well!)
