Scottish Mackerel in Spring Water

This is the classic UK mackerel that is responsibly-fished north of Scotland all the way towards Iceland. Oily, high in Omega 3, fished at the optimum time, packed in local Scottish spring water.

  • High in Omega 3, Low in salt.
  • Filleted but some soft, small bones may remain.
  • Aluminium tin (with ring-pull) in cardboard box. Widely recyclable.
Ingredients
Mackerel (Scomber Scombrus) (fish) (68%), Spring water.

Every effort has been taken to remove the bones from this product, but some may remain.

Once opened keep refrigerated and consume within 2 days.
