The rye grain is a dark and earthy flavoured grain. It can be used in muesli and in biscuit/bread baking. This rye has been organically grown and processed in the UK. Add the rye whole to soups and casseroles, use as a rice alternative or to "pad-out" vegetables, or use to make freshly ground flour.
Cooking Instructions
Use 1 part grains to 2 parts water. Add to boiling water and simmer for 45 minutes.
