Description
  • Black garlic is fresh garlic, which ferments in special chambers with heat and humidity. The process can take up to 90 days. The longer the fermentation, the darker and harder the cloves become.
  • A fantastic alternative to those sensitive to garlic pungent aroma and flavour.
  • Black garlic tastes sweet and mild, slightly reminiscent of dried plums, sugar beet syrup or balsamic vinegar, with a hint of liquorice.
  • A fantastic addition to meat dishes, sauces, vegetables and dips.
  • A vibrant and delicious garnish.
  • Best added at the end of cooking.
  • 50g.
