Our organic garlic granules are definitely a kitchen cupboard staple for almost anyone and everyone, especially those that are garlic lovers. These garlic granules have a long shelf-life and do not compromise on taste when comparing it to fresh cloves - however there is a lot less mess when it comes to cooking with these granules, instead of crushing and chopping cloves. Add these into your ingredients and sauces during the cooking process to infuse a garlic flavour, or sprinkle on top of foods, such as salads and seafood, as a garlic-garnish.
