Dove's Farm have created a special flour blend, to make gluten free white bread. There are recipes on the back of the packet to help you along, including a pizza recipe, which is great news, especially for children!
Using White Bread Flour
All you'll need to make the bread are basic cupboard ingredients such as
eggs, milk, oil, normal vinegar and Quick Yeast (yeast also manufactured by Dove's Farm). Baking bread (even gluten free), fills the house with a wonderful fresh baked smell & tastes great when eaten still warm.
This flour can be baked in both the oven and in a bread making machine if you have one - Dove's Farm have included instruction for both.
