Loose Leaf Genmaicha Tea

'Genmai' means brown rice in Japanese and Genmaicha literally translates as brown rice tea. Clearspring Organic Genmaicha loose-leaf tea is grown in the luscious hills around Kyoto and Kyushu, areas known for their ideal climatic and soil conditions which produce some of the finest teas in Japan.

Directions

Place 2 heaped teaspoons of tea per person in a teapot. Boil fresh water and leave to cool for a minute before pouring over the tea. Infuse for only 1-2 minutes and enjoy.
