These freeze-dried strawberries are still a good size and can be rehydrated easily. They are a handy way of adding strawberry flavour to trifles and other desserts. The whole strawberries can be roughly crushed and stirred into yoghurt or vanilla ice-cream. Keep a pack in the cupboard to use and enjoy the summery taste any time of year.
This pack provides enough fruit for either a few batches of chocolate making, multiple garnishes and around a weeks worth of fruit for breakfast.
