Our freeze-dried black raspberry powder preserves all the nutrients, minerals and antioxidants of the black raspberry fruit in a much easier, and quicker, to use powder form.
Black raspberries are extremely high in antioxidants and anthocyanins, even more than blueberries and blackberries, which makes it a fantastic ingredient. Our black raspberry powder is easy to add into smoothies or smoothie bowls, or it can be mixed into yogurt, dips, fruit spreads and more for a nutrient boost.
One teaspoon of black raspberry powder is roughly the equivalent of almost 6 teaspoons of black raspberries. Add one teaspoon to at least 250ml of water, or juice, and mix well for an antioxidant rich drink, or add the same amount to your smoothie mix for the day.

Due to the nature of this product being additive free, natural clumping can occur but this can easily be broken up with a blender, spoon or even your fingers.
