Cocugar is made from the sap of Thai Coconut blossoms from Organically grown Coconut Palms in farms in Thailand. The sap naturally contains vitamins and minerals including Potassium, Magnesium, Zinc and Iron.

The condensed paste provides a caramel-like sweetness to beverages, baking and cooking.
