This coconut blossom nectar can be used wherever honey, syrup or sugar is used. It has a light taste, similar to a light golden syrup, and does not taste of coconuts. There are caramel-like notes with a hint of the fragrance of the blossom.
Directions
- Use this as an alternative to golden syrup in pancakes and other desserts.
- Spread coconut nectar onto toast, just like honey!
- Stir into tea or coffee as a low-GI alternative to sugar.
