Bicarbonate of soda, also known as baking soda, is a staple in both culinary and household uses. In the kitchen, it helps baked goods rise and lighten when paired with acidic ingredients, making it ideal for quick bakes and fluffy textures.

Beyond baking, it's a natural and effective cleaner, perfect for tackling odours, freshening surfaces, and even personal care recipes. A true all-rounder that no pantry or cleaning cupboard should be without.
