You only need 1g of bamboo fibre to 10g of water (or 8g of oil) for high water retention. This makes it useful in keeping dough soft and fresh, though alternatively it can help with baked goods to have a crispier texture. It all depends on the process.
Whatever you bake with added bamboo fibre will typically have the perfect texture outcome - for example, a roll will be soft on the inside but crispy on the outside. Directions
Stir or blend 1 teaspoon into your favourite drink once a day. Use for baking as an additive, thickener, or in a flour-mix (for breads, pizza bases, pasta, tortillas). For best results, increase your daily fibre intake gradually.
