Meatless Bacon tastes amazingly similar to the original. It's quite salty, a bit peppery and distinctly smoked. Its flavour is exceptionally multi-dimensional because of natural umami sources: tomato paste, yeast extract and soy sauce. The texture is elastic, but not chewy. Meatless Bacon gets perfectly crispy after just a few minutes in a dry pan. It can also be eaten directly from the package, grilled or baked.
Ingredients:
water, wheat protein, rapeseed oil, nutritional yeast, soya, tomato paste, natural spices, flavourings (including smoke flavouring), salt. The product may contain traces of sesame, mustard and celery.
